About the project

Project Overview

Embodying the vision of RASSEDCO in building fully integrated educational and foundational environments for the early childhood generation, we provided complete supervision and equipping of Pearl International Kindergarten from A to Z.

The project focused on creating a joyful educational space that combines safety, interactive learning and physical activity, meeting the highest educational quality standards approved in the State of Qatar and the international kindergarten curriculum.

Prepared safe classrooms with stimulating finishes and full puzzle-mat flooring, plus group-work tables.

Created a welcoming visual identity with murals and friendly wall graphics throughout entrances and corridors.

Supported classrooms with digital teaching tools for interactive lessons and stories.

Added a safe indoor play area with age-appropriate equipment.

Set up a cognitive-play corner with building blocks and construction toys under teaching-staff supervision.

Organised the kindergarten's own school-bus fleet, meeting traffic-safety standards for children's daily home-to-kindergarten journeys.

Recruited and prepared a uniformed academic, administrative and support-service team for daily operations.

Implementation Phases and the Services RASSEDCO Delivered (From A to Z)

Preparing the Infrastructure and Safe Classrooms
The company equipped the classrooms with walls painted in cheerful colours that stimulate activity (such as light green), with floors fully covered in safe, colourful foam panels (Puzzle Mats) to protect the children from impacts, and provided circular and semi-circular tables dedicated to group work.
Visual Identity and Welcoming Wall Murals
We were keen to create an environment that attracts the child from the moment of entering the kindergarten; the corridors and the reception were decorated with beloved cartoon drawings such as Dora and Boots to dispel the apprehension of the first day, in addition to interactive murals carrying educational slogans such as Play, Learn, Grow.
Technological Equipping and Interactive Educational Aids
RASSEDCO supported the classrooms with digital aids by providing laptop computers dedicated to presenting educational material and interactive stories for the children, giving the teachers the opportunity to explain in innovative and engaging ways.
Physical Activities and Indoor Recreation (Indoor Playgrounds)
The kindergarten was provided with an indoor play area comprising safe plastic slides designed in cartoon shapes suitable for young ages, integrated with colourful interactive carpets for teaching colours and numbers, in addition to colourful tricycles to help the children develop their motor skills and balance inside the kindergarten.
Cognitive, Construction and Intelligence Games Corner
Dedicated spaces were provided for cognitive games that develop intelligence, such as building blocks and construction tools, where children spend enjoyable time building and innovating under the supervision and guidance of the teaching staff.
Management of the Safe Transport System (School Buses)
Our services were not limited to the interior alone; the company also supervised securing and equipping the kindergarten's transport fleet with modern school buses compliant with road safety standards, to guarantee a safe and comfortable daily journey for the children to and from their homes.
Recruiting Personnel and Qualifying the Administrative and Service Structure
The company contributed to supporting the facility by helping to organise and prepare the specialised academic and administrative staff wearing the unified uniform and professional appearance, alongside providing the auxiliary service staff to ensure the highest levels of daily care and cleanliness for the kindergarten.

Thanks to the precise planning of RASSEDCO, Pearl Kindergarten launched at full operational capacity, becoming today a vibrant educational environment brimming with the laughter of children, providing the teaching staff with all the tools needed to deliver high-quality education in an environment filled with safety and care.
