About the project
Project Overview
Building on the success of the kindergarten stage, and out of confidence in the operational capability of RASSEDCO, we were entrusted with the project of establishing and fully equipping Cardiff International School from A to Z.
This project represents an advanced model for transforming residential compounds and bare buildings into fully integrated international educational institutions, capable of accommodating global curricula and providing an educational and recreational environment that inspires future generations.
Selected and qualified the construction site to primary-school space and safety standards.
Produced modern interior designs and 3D renders — including a signature CIS reception, interactive halls and dedicated activity-room walls for book displays and screens.
Engineered outdoor courts and play areas with shock-absorbing artificial turf, shade canopies and play systems, including balance equipment and safe, age-appropriate swings.
Equipped classrooms with smart boards and interactive teaching tools, alongside dedicated spaces for arts, crafts and motor-skill activities supporting early-primary development.
Secured all licences and regulatory approvals, delivering a fully operational school ready for its official opening.

Selection and Qualification of the Construction Site
Work began with inspecting and securing the buildings and residential compounds suitable for conversion into a primary school facility complying with the space and safety standards required by the government.
Innovative Interior Design and Visual Identity (3D Rendering)
We prepared the engineering layouts and modern interior designs that reflect elegance and academic order. This included designing the main Reception area with a striking visual identity and carefully studied lighting carrying the school's official CIS logo, in addition to designing the waiting lounges, the interactive spaces and the activity rooms with custom decorative walls to hold books and interactive screens.
Engineering of the Outdoor Courtyards and Playing Fields
The company supervised the execution and establishment of the school's outdoor playing fields and recreational courtyards, covering them with high-quality, shock-absorbing artificial grass to protect the students, along with the installation of sun-protection canopies and specialised play systems during the construction and on-site installation period.
Academic Equipping and Educational Aids
The classrooms were equipped with the latest interactive aids and smart boards, providing a fertile environment for artistic and hands-on activities and movement-based experiences that support the students' academic and social skills in the early primary stages.
Recreational Environment and Physical Activities (Playgrounds)
Custom and innovative recreational and movement equipment was provided and designed in the open outdoor courtyard, such as balance games, safe specialised swings and interactive coloured tyres, which help students release their physical energy in a positive and safe manner.
Results and Operational Impact (The Harvest)
The project was crowned with outstanding success and an official opening after all licences and approvals had been obtained. Each day the school becomes a joyful beacon of learning, where students appear in their official uniform bearing the school logo (CIS), filling the green courtyards with activity and fun, celebrating their academic achievements and receiving the weekly Student of the Week certificates of excellence, which reflect the motivating educational environment established by RASSEDCO.
