The founder's professional journey began immediately upon completing his university studies. Instead of pursuing traditional career paths, he chose to build his independent commercial entity, establishing the “Baghazal Establishment” to serve as the permanent investment umbrella for his business ventures and seasonal trades. Through this self-made enterprise, he managed and established major national and seasonal projects characterized by massive scale and immense logistical complexity:
Crowd Management and Logistical Supply Chains in the Hajj Sector
He founded and managed the seasonal transport branch and domestic Hajj services, assuming full supervision over the service, catering, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for approximately 1,500 pilgrims annually from various regions of the Kingdom and the GCC. Driven by a desire to address the severe shortage in the transport sector at the time, he pioneered the import and leasing of a massive fleet exceeding 1,000 High-deck luxury tourist buses from abroad (Egypt, Jordan and Turkey), successfully leading a seasonal workforce of more than 2,500 management, technicians, and drivers.
Legal Liquidations and Public Auctions
He launched the “Baghazal Auction Center,” a specialized business that was requested by name by certified liquidators to execute legal liquidations and sell the assets of major corporations and individuals during intermittent periods based on demand and necessity.
Domestic Tourism and Public Crowd Management
He established the domestic tourism organization business, successfully designing and managing the “Popular Village” festival over a massive area of 200,000 square meters. The event featured an international circus and a grand theater hosting theatrical performances for all nationalities — including Disneyland characters — alongside the operational oversight of more than 700 commercial shops and restaurants.

In parallel with managing his independent projects under the umbrella of the “Baghazal Establishment,” and owing to his administrative flexibility and strong commercial reputation, Mr. Abed Baghazal earned the trust of major investment entities and corporations. He assumed the general management of a prominent establishment specialized in gold, jewelry, and real estate investments, taking charge of the development and oversight of a commercial and real estate portfolio exceeding 180 property units.
Infrastructure and International Airport Outfitting
He led commercial operations at “Al-Shaer Trading, Industry & Contracting Company,” overseeing the fiberglass outfitting and furnishing of major domestic and international airport infrastructures (including Doha International Airport in the State of Qatar) as well as major government hospitals.
Digital Transformation and International Visa Systems
He was brought on as the Director of the Visa Department at “Labaik” Company, the very first digital company established in the Kingdom as an electronic Umrah visa service provider. Through this strategic position, he spearheaded the digital integration between 900 Saudi Umrah companies and over 6,000 foreign agents across more than 100 countries worldwide. This milestone refined his deep expertise in international visa systems and cross-border relationship building, further enhanced by his fluent command of English and a very good knowledge of vital languages such as Urdu and Malay.

With the turn of the millennium, specifically since moving and settling in the State of Qatar in 2003, he established “Al-Rassedco Trading Company (RASSEDCO)” as an independent entity through which he launched pioneering projects. These included the “Harees Al-Walda” restaurant chain and the “Al-Faisal Office for Car Rental and Heavy Equipment”. Capitalizing on his logistical experience in security and safety fields, the company also established the Al-Rassed Training Center and the Al-Rassedco Medical Center to serve major industrial zones and the oil and gas sectors.

This was followed by his selection as a member of the Board of Trustees at the “Al-Wakra Independent School for Girls” in Qatar when he enrolled his daughter there in 2004.
