Who founded RASSEDCO

Who founded RASSEDCO

Abed Saeed Baghazal leads RASSEDCO as its founder and educational consultant, turning decades of hands-on business experience into a single, accountable consultancy for investors, institutions, schools, families and students.

Born and raised in Jeddah, he completed his education there before founding several ventures spanning Hajj and Umrah logistics, public auctions, and the purchase, sale and maintenance of heavy equipment for international companies. He also worked as a marketing manager fitting out local and international airports, alongside industrial support and school-consultancy work — serving as Chairman of the Parents' Council at one of Jeddah's most established schools (elementary through secondary), and later as a member of an independent school's parents' council in Qatar. That combination of experience is what let him add educational-consultancy work to RASSEDCO after more than 40 years in management and marketing.

Today RASSEDCO works with a seasoned team on school and training-centre establishment, structural fit-out, furnishing, staff recruitment, administrative (ERP) and learning-management (LMS) systems, training, and local and international accreditation for schools and training centres — alongside supporting students beyond secondary graduation into bachelor's, master's and doctoral study at universities worldwide, accompanying them from the airport to the university and attending to their housing needs on or off campus.

    Baghazal Auction Centre

    Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — on-demand liquidation work · 1984 – 2000

Baghazal Domestic Hajj Services & Pilgrim Transport

    Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — seasonal, Hajj period · 1993 – 2016

Housing, transport and catering for pilgrims across Mecca, Medina, Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah — initially for pilgrims from across the Gulf Cooperation Council, later focused on Saudi domestic pilgrims, serving around 1,500 pilgrims in full each year. Imported and re-leased buses from Egypt to close a transport shortfall, growing the fleet past 1,000 high-spec tourist coaches and managing a seasonal team of 2,500.

    Baghazal Domestic Tourism
