On this basis, RASSEDCO led a series of negotiation sessions and high-level meetings with Qatar Development Bank (QDB), with the aim of opening up financing and operating horizons for promising investment projects in the specialised education and training sector.

Whether the proposition was a direct investment by RASSEDCO, or made on behalf of investors and businesspeople seeking to enter the education sector, or even through joint venture investment formats, our meetings were distinguished by a high level of professionalism. Our team, reinforced by a select group of international experts and financial advisors, broke down and examined the economic feasibility studies of the projects presented, setting out cash flow plans, the volume of capital required and the expected investment returns, to ensure their alignment with the strict conditions and developmental criteria adopted by the bank in support of the private sector.

Formal sessions are convened with the attendance of Qatar Development Bank officials, the RASSEDCO delegation and the investors, to discuss the items of the investment plans interactively and directly.

The latest visual display technologies are used on smart screens to present advanced investment slides (pitch decks), the details of the capital required, the distribution of operating expenses and the implementation timetable, with programmers and technical supervisors present to answer the questions of the bank's technical committee immediately.
