About the project

An International Partnership

As a further expression of the confidence international educational institutions place in RASSEDCO, we were selected by Noble Talent Group – a group under long-established German management with investors from Malaysia – for RASSEDCO to act as the strategic partner, operator and developer of their newest branch in the State of Qatar: MINDS International Kindergarten.

This step reinforces the distinguished record of this regional and international group, which owns and operates a chain of prestigious schools in a number of world capitals and cities, including: Berlin, Vienna, Turkey, Malaysia, China and Vietnam.

Converted large residential spaces into model classrooms and interactive centres, with a fully equipped teaching kitchen — including dedicated refrigeration and dishwashing units — and safety signage covering child allergies.

Furnished throughout for early years, including dedicated seating and reading areas, with smart boards and an ICT centre.

Secured hazard areas — fully fencing the pool with iron railings and safety barriers, organising gardens and play areas with protective shade canopies, and installing alarm systems plus approved emergency stairs and exits.

Managed all official paperwork and licences with government authorities, earning the Ministry's operating licence by mid-August — two and a half months after signing — ahead of registration and opening in early September.

Was entrusted with the kindergarten's administrative and financial management for six months, with full signing authority over its commercial registration and licences while serving as general manager, to stabilise operations and embed the group's quality standards.

The Challenge and the Conversion of the Facility: From a Residential Villa to a Model IB Kindergarten

The investment group selected a luxury residential villa with an extensive area and a spacious courtyard in one of the finest districts of the capital, Doha. The greatest challenge was to completely re-fit this residential facility and change its identity so that it would become an educational environment following the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, with only three months remaining before the start of the academic season.

After a comprehensive technical study and verification of the quality of the implementation plans, the contract was formally signed at the beginning of June.

RASSEDCO's Technical and Administrative Achievements in Just Two and a Half Months

The teams at RASSEDCO worked along parallel tracks and at record speed to complete the full fit-out, both internally and externally, which included:

Technical refurbishment and finishing
converting the large residential rooms and halls into model classrooms and interactive centres, and equipping the educational and service kitchen with the latest appliances such as dedicated refrigerators and dishwashers, together with strict signage for child safety and child allergies.
Complete furnishing and technical support
furnishing the kindergarten in full, from seating designed for young age groups to reading areas, and equipping the classrooms with the latest interactive learning technologies, smart boards and an ICT (Information and Communications Technology) centre.
Control of hazardous areas, security and safety
a strict security plan was implemented to isolate and contain any areas that could pose a danger to children. The swimming pool was completely enclosed with a solid steel fence and secure safety barriers; the gardens, outdoor play areas and protective canopies were organised; and advanced alarm systems as well as approved emergency stairways and exits were installed.
Administrative and legal facilitation
in parallel with the construction works, RASSEDCO handled all official transactions and files and obtained the approvals and licences from every relevant government department and ministry in the State of Qatar. These efforts were crowned with the granting of the official ministry licence in mid-August (15 / 8), that is, within only two and a half months of the signing of the contract, enabling the kindergarten to begin receiving enrolment applications and to open its doors officially at the beginning of September.

Empowered Operational Management and Safeguarding Quality

In view of the high and meticulous standard of execution, RASSEDCO's management was formally entrusted with running the kindergarten's administrative and financial affairs, with full signing authority over the commercial registration and the licences, as General Manager of the kindergarten for a period of six months, in order to ensure a stable operational launch and to establish the quality standards and the international level sought by the international group.
