What Is the International Business Driving License (IBDL)?
The IBDL certificate is the first, foremost and most widely accepted international certification in the world for assessing and accrediting business management skills. The framework, its examinations and its auditing were designed entirely in cooperation with the largest academic institutions in the world, foremost among them the international publishing house McGraw-Hill and the Management Development Institute of the College of Business at Missouri State University in the United States of America, in addition to being accredited by more than 92 business schools around the world.
The licence aims to move students, employees and executives from a theoretical framework to full professionalism, by equipping them with the integrated and comprehensive vision (the Big Picture) required to manage and run modern organisations successfully and sustainably.

An International Partnership Extending Since 2014
This close cooperation between RASSEDCO and the IBDL organisation has produced qualitative leaps and pioneering achievements on the ground: since 2014 we have successfully led major training and qualification programmes and awarded these prestigious international certifications across broad sectors in the State of Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of India.
Our partnership with the International Business Driving License (IBDL) organisation was never merely an agreement written in ink on paper; since 2014 it has become a cross-border operating system that has successfully left its professional mark on major Gulf and international markets, backed by the accreditation of Missouri State University in the United States.
Set out below is a detailed record of the milestones of achievement and joint strategic cooperation, and of what we have delivered on the ground in Qatar, Oman and India.
The State of Qatar: Embedding Entrepreneurial Thinking and Signing Sovereign Partnerships
The first signs of success began at RASSEDCO's head office in Doha, where the strategic partnership and close practical cooperation were launched to qualify professionals and to introduce the accredited international business course materials from within our official offices, serving the needs of the Qatari and Gulf markets.
Strategic partnerships with Qatar University (April 2014): in a qualitative leap for the higher education sector, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the International Business Driving License (IBDL) company in cooperation with RASSEDCO, and likewise with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as with a number of training and educational centres.
This included providing International Business Driving License certifications to university students and members of the Qatari community through the Continuing Education Office, in order to prepare and qualify them professionally for the labour market. The contract was signed in the presence of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr Mazen Hasna, the official delegation of the International Business Driving License company, representatives of Missouri State University in the United States, and the other parties involved.
The Sultanate of Oman: Supporting Investment Governance and Leadership Development
Building on the success of the framework, RASSEDCO transferred this professional experience to the Sultanate of Oman by directing advanced training programmes towards the finance, business and investment sector.
Developmental cooperation: specialised training programmes were launched in cooperation with the Public Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development in Oman, with the aim of equipping executive leaders with international business leadership skills and tightening administrative governance in line with global investment standards, while developing the skills of national personnel.
The Republic of India: Long-Established Academic Partnerships to Empower the Generations of Tomorrow
Convinced of the importance of widening international horizons, the joint alliance between RASSEDCO and IBDL successfully entered one of the largest education markets on the Asian continent by building solid partnerships with India's long-established academic education sector.
Qualifying talent: a scientific and training partnership was concluded with one of India's oldest and most distinguished universities, to deliver International Business Driving License programmes and to distribute the accredited training materials to business administration and postgraduate students there, thereby helping to link academic education outcomes to accredited American professional standards. During the delegation's visit to the university in India, it was received by the deanship and the board of the Indian university, traditional honorary shawls were worn, and official shields and certificates were exchanged.

This extended journey across Doha, Muscat and the academic cities of India confirms the ability of RASSEDCO Educational Consultancy to manage and operate international educational and training projects and accreditations with efficiency and competence, and to build solid technical and knowledge bridges connecting local institutions with the highest accredited global authorities.
